FreshForex is owned by a company called Riston Capital, which has its registered address in St Vincent and the Grenadines. However, it has its roots firmly planted in Russia. FreshForex may sound like an up-and-coming Forex broker, but it has actually been operating since 2004. FreshForex is a little different from many of the brokers we look at, in that it is not licensed and regulated by a well-known regulatory body such as CySEC or the FCA. It does, however, display on its website a Certificate of Good Standing and a Certificate of Incorporation, both issued by the Registrar of International Business Companies in St Vincent and the Grenadines. What this provides clients with, in the form of protection, is obviously not going to be of the same level as a licensed and regulated broker.

• Who Wants to be a Shareholder? – Simply make a minimum deposit of $100 and receive a certificate for the purchase of CFDs on shares. Choose from Apple, Microsoft, or Google.

There are a number of different account types available, all of which have no minimum deposit requirements. However, there is mention on the broker’s website of recommended amounts. There is also the option of a swap-free account for Muslim traders, and a FreshForex demo account for those who prefer to try a broker without risking any real money and get in some practice before trading for real. Another interesting feature is the partner account, which gives traders who prefer to trade together and share the risk the perfect opportunity.

Most of the usual payment options are supported for those wishing to make a FreshForex deposit or withdraw some of their winnings. These include Visa and Mastercard, China UnionPay, Neteller, Skrill, and bank wire, along with a number of other options.

A good range of options for customer support

It is very rare that a trader gets to enjoy trouble-free trading. This features up-to-date information on major currency pairs, and regular reports based on trend potential.

All in all, we thought the site was very informative, but found some of the language a little unsettling, and obviously not written by a native English speaker. However, it was generally very easy to find our way around, and we were able to find the answers to most of our questions. As this broker has been operating in the industry for more than 10 years it provides clients with a host of different features, including a good choice of trading accounts and platforms. The bonuses available are always going to make it more appealing, and the chance to try it out before investing real money by opening a demo account is always going to be a good option.
